We follow a very standard workflow that has been serving the industry for centuries. It’s battle tested, smooth, and powerful. We begin with an idea or a direction that you have pointed us to. Then we go through some essential stages to make it a thing that you can touch, feel, and admire.
When you point us to some directions, we generate some ideas in rough sketches and focus on its functionality. Then we narrow it down to some potential design ideas that align with your interests.
Once our customer finalizes his selection, we move on to the next stage of creating an wax model. It's an essential step to prepare for casting.
Unlike the previous steps, which are in the category of conceptualization, here we put the melted metal into the wax prototype. The metal replaces the wax, and when it dries, takes on the shape of the jewellery prototype.
In this assembly and fabrication stage we file down the casting skin to reveal the metal. The detail work begins and the piece starts to have some personality. If the design includes gemstones, we prepare the jewellery for that assembly. We also consider other design works like enameling and engraving at this stage.
When you like to add diamonds and gemstones to decorate your jewellery, we make that happen at this stage.
To make the jewellery look its absolute best we need to go further. Our jewellers refine the details and polish to make it shine.
We make a very detailed inspection of each item we design before handing it off to our customers and make sure it fulfills all the expectations.
